Taking on larger creatures in Medieval Dynasty presents its own challenges.
Moose can provide a large amount of meat and leather.
In this survival guide, we’ll cover some tips and tools you can use to hunt moose in Medieval Dynasty.
Where Can You Find Moose In Medieval Dynasty?
Moose tend to roam in the middle part and lower part of the map.
You can find a few in the northern part of the map, but they mostly spawn in the forests in the middle and bottom portions of the map.
They tend to roam in herds between two and four moose.
You’ll notice both female moose and male moose.
If you can’t find any, then you can visit a hunter in Lesnica or Tutki for help.
You can pay them a certain amount of coin, and they’ll reveal moose locations on your map.
Best Tool To Use to Hunt Moose In Medieval Dynasty
You can technically hunt moose early in the game.
All you need is a wooden crossbow and some wooden bolts.
You don’t need anything too fancy although it can help speed up the process.
A wooden cross can kill a moose with three to six bolts.
If you’re hitting its body instead of its head, then it may take more bolts.
A wooden crossbow is helpful because moose will run away when you get to close.
They’re also fast runners.
Try to hit the moose in the head to immediately injure it enough that it slows down.
This makes firing on it a lot easier.
Otherwise, you’re going to need to chase the moose down and fire your bolts at it.
Since using a crossbow takes a chunk of your stamina down, it’s worth stocking up on some stamina potions for long days of hunting.
You can quickly drink it to get your stamina back up, so you can keep running and using your crossbow.
Try Out The Crossbow And Hunt Moose
Hunting moose doesn’t have to be difficult.
With the right weapon and strategy, you can kill several in one day.
