Pick up the doll, then head back to the friend and give it to her.

Finally, you can return to Lizzy.

Take The Marble From Lizzy

When you return to Lizzy, you’ll have the opportunity to take a reward item from her.

The game gives you the opportunity to either take her reward, a marble, or let her keep it for the future.

If you’re kind, then you can let her keep the marble, but you won’t get any kind of reward in return.

If you want some easy money, then you should take the marble.
