A large portion of Medieval Dynasty is carrying stuff around.
When you exceed your carry capacity, your character moves a lot slower and can even stop moving entirely.
In this survival guide, we’ll cover the different methods you can use to increase your carry weight in Medieval Dynasty.
Wear Pouches and Backpacks to Increase Weight Limit
There are two different containers you can make or buy that can increase your carry capacity in Medieval Dynasty.
They’re pouches and backpacks.

There are different tiers of pouches and backpacks that you can use to increase your carry capacity.
The large pouch, for example, can increase your carry capacity by 10 kilograms.
The simple large backpack can increase it by 20 kilograms.
You have the option of buying those from a sewer in one of the villages in Medieval Dynasty or you can buy the scheme and make them yourself.
Keep in mind that you’ll need the third tier of the Sewing Hut unlocked to make those items.
Once you have them equipped on your person, you’ll be able to carry a lot more.
Unlock the Mule Skill To Increase Your Carry Weight
Medieval Dynasty also has a skill you can unlock to further increase your carry weight.
It’s called the Mule Skill, and you’ll find it under the Extraction Skill Tree.
The skill has three different tiers to it.
The first tier gives you a +5 kilogram boost, the second tier gives you a +10 kilogram boost, and the final tier gives you a +15 kilogram boost.
You’ll need to perform some extraction activities like mining, cutting down trees, and collecting stones to gain more extraction experience.
Once you have enough experience, you’ll be able to level up that skill and pump more points into the Mule skill.
Buy a Donkey to Carry Even More
Donkeys can be a great mount for carrying more items in Medieval Dynasty.
When buying a mount, you have two options.
You can buy a donkey or a horse.

The donkey, when equipped appropriately, tends to be able to carry more than the horse.
The horse is faster than the donkey, however.
If you want a mount that can carry a lot, then I suggest buying the donkey first.
You can also equip your donkey with a large saddlebag to increase their carry weight, too.
The large saddlebag boosts their carry weight by 45 kilograms.
There’s also a skill you can pump some points into that will also increase the mount’s carry capacity.
It’s called the Carrot and Stick skill, and you’ll find it under the Farming Skill Tree.
To gain experience in the farming tree, you’ll need to do some farming stuff.
Sow fields, grub them up, and harvest them to gain farming experience.
Once you have enough experience points, you’ll level up in farming, and you can put some points into that skill.
With your mount, you can share some of your load with them and be able to carry even more.
Craft a Potion of Weight To Temporarily Boost Your Carry Weight
If you have the Herbalist Hut unlocked, then you can also craft a few Potions of Weight to temporarily increase your carry capacity.
To make a Potion of Weight, you’re going to need the following resources:
- 1 Wooden Vial
- 5 Poppy Seeds
- 5 Henbane
- 1 Bucket of Water
Crafting the potion, then using it, will give you a temporary boost of +20 kilograms.
It lasts for 240 seconds, so it’s a good way to carry a bit more when performing tasks around the village or when you’re mining.
If you can’t make it yourself, then you can always visit an herbalist in one of the villages and buy it from them.
Conclusion
Being able to carry as much as possible can help you become more efficient in Medieval Dynasty.
Use these different methods to increase your carry weight and do more in less time.
