Find A Wooden Toy To Give To Sambor

Sambor won’t sell his toys right off the bat.

You first have to show him a figurine to encourage him to talk about his hobby.

When you first meet Sambor, he’ll give you a task to collect clay for him.

If you go behind his house, you’ll find the clay pits as well as a number of wooden deer figurines.

Pick up one of these figurines, and then speak with Sambor.

You’ll be able to ask about it.

After expressing interest in the toy, Sambor will tell you to speak with Fenenna in Denica.

Find Fenenna and Help Her Out

You’ll need to make the long trek from Sambor to Fenenna in Denica.

Denica is on the western side of the map in the woods.

Once you arrive in Denica, you’ll find Fenenna standing by a fence close to the middle of the village.

She’s a bit of a bratty teenager, but you’ll need to help her out to convince her to buy Sambor’s toys.

She needs you to deliver some ingredients to a herbalist who can craft a potion for a client of hers.

Head to Baranica on the map where you’ll find Norbert.

Help Norbert Collect Ingredients To Make the Potion of Cosmic Might

Naturally, the client wants a virility potion.

To make one, Norbert is going to need the following ingredients:

  • 10 Dandelions
  • 5 Daisy
  • 3 Thistle
  • 1 Manure

You can either collect these items yourself or buy them from Norbert.

To get manure, you can also speak to the shepherd in the village.

She sells manure.

Once you have all your items, bring them back to Norbert.

He’ll craft the potion for you and relay instructions on how to use it.

You can then return to Fenenna with the potion who will give it to her client.

At this point, you’ll have to sleep for the night to proceed to the next day.

If you don’t want to travel all the way to Denica again, then it’s a good idea to unlock the basic campfire scheme.

You can then use 16 sticks to craft the basic campfire and sleep there.

You’re able to set it up right outside of Denica.

Confront the Client and Sell Sambor’s Toys

Naturally, the client discovers that the potion didn’t work.

He’s mad which means Fenenna is mad.

She tasks with you finding the client in Branica and helping him out.

Travel to Branica where you’ll find the client, Bogdan.

After a talk with him, you’ll discover that Bogdan didn’t use the potion correctly.

He’ll apologize and pay Fenenna her due.

Take the money back to Fenenna in Denica.

You’ll have one last conversation with her in which you must insist that she buys Sambor’s toys.

At long last, you can return to Sambor to tell him the good news.

Return to Sambor to Unlock His Toys

From Denica, you must make your way back to Sambor in the woods.

Once you reach him, you can tell him that you convinced Fenenna to buy his toys.

You have an option here of telling him that they sold for 20 coin, which is the truth, or 1,000 coin.

If you choose 1,000 coin, then Sambor will take 1,000 coin from you.

Obviously, if you don’t have 1,000 coin on you, then you won’t be able to perform this action.

Pleased, Sambor will now start selling a variety of wooden figurines for 42 coins.

Why Should You Unlock Sambor’s Toys?

Clearly, this quest has quite a few steps to it.

You might wonder why it’s worth going through the trouble.

Sambor creates toys that you can give to the children in your village.

You’re also able to give them to your heir.

Since giving your heir toys can increase his affection for you, it’s a good way to boost his skills.

It’s also just cute to see them playing with the toys.

Conclusion

Unlocking Sambor’s toys can be a pain, but it’s worth it in the long-run.
