Where Can You Find Workers in Wild West Dynasty?

While workers will likely start coming to your city on their own accord after a few updates from the devs behind Wild West Dynasty, you’re going to have to find them first.

To find workers, you’re going need to head to Taxation.

You’ll find a group of workers standing in a camp to the southwest of the city.

They’re basically a stone’s throw away from Mama J’s establishment.

You can invite any of them to live in your city.

How Do You Invite Workers To Your City in Wild West Dynasty?

Inviting someone to your city is pretty easy.

First, you need to ensure that you have a home for them.

They won’t join your city unless they have a place to live.

Then you can speak with them and click on the house where you want them to live.

You’ll have a chance to negotiate the rental price on the house.

$50 seems to be the average price that they’ll accept.

During later iterations in the game, there will likely be ways to negotiate the price further, so they can pay you more money.

Once they accept your deal, they’ll disappear and spawn in your city.

How To Assign Workers To Production Buildings in Wild West Dynasty

After you have a worker in your city, you can assign them a production building.

Some workers might have specialties which likely makes them better suited for certain jobs.

To assign a worker to a production building, you’ll need to head to the Management Tab.

Then click on the icon depicting a pickaxe and grain.

You’ll see your available production buildings listed there.

Simply click on the drop-down menu by each production building.

You should see the name of your new worker there.

Once you’ve clicked on a name, that worker will start working at that production building.

You can see how much of the resource they’re collecting or the item they’re producing at the bottom of the list.

This menu also tells you their work hours.

Your workers will now start collecting the resources or producing items.

Keep in mind that of the time of this writing, the devs haven’t fully implemented workers and production buildings.

As such, they may not actually be doing anything for you.
