Your son has fallen from a tree and is injured!

Your wife asks you to help him, but how can you mend broken bones and ensure your son doesn’t die from infection?

In this survival guide, we’ll go over the Hard Landing Treatment quest in Medieval Dynasty.

Pick Up the Quest From Your Wife

You’ll be able to receive the Hard Landing Treatment quest from your wife.

She’ll have an exclamation point over her head.

Speak with her, and she’ll have a slight panic attack over your son who you discover has fallen from a tree.

After talking to her and picking up the quest, you’ll need to speak to your son.

He’ll explain that he was trying to get something from the top of the tree, then fell.

He’s going to need a bit of healing, so it’s off to gather some herbs.

Deliver Waterskin and Herbs to Your Son

In order to start the healing process, you’re going to need to gather a few items for your son.

First, he’ll need a waterskin filled with water.

You can buy, find, or make your own waterskin in the sewing hut.

You’ll also need 2 Broadleaf Plantains.

You can find these in the Spring, Summer, and Autumn seasons.

If you’re in winter, then you can buy the herbs from a herbalist in one of the other villages.

Gather those items, then bring them to your son.

Visit Norbert To Heal Your Son

While your concoction helped take the edge off, your son is in need of professional help.

So, you’ll need to visit an actual herbalist.

Norbert is in the village of Baranica, so you’ll need to take a bit of a trip there.

You also can’t come empty-handed.

You’ll need to give him 6 Broadleaf Plantains and 6 Dandelions.

Dandelions you can find in the Spring season.

You’re also able to buy them from an herbalist.

Gather your herbs, then head to the town and speak with Norbert.

He’ll very kindly make you a potion without charging you for it.

Give the potion to your son who will feel better immediately.

At this point, all you need to do is speak with your wife and receive your quest rewards!

You’ll receive quite a bit of Dynasty Reputation as well as Affection from your wife and son.

She’ll even cook you a free meal, so it’s well-worth the trouble to complete!
