Whether you want to craft Elven arrows or something else that requires feathers, it’s a good idea to have some on hand.
Feathers aren’t the easiest thing to find in The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria, however.
In this survival guide, we’ll show where you can find feathers in Return to Moria.
To see a location for yourself, be sure to watch the video below!
Where Do Feathers Spawn in Return to Moria
Feathers spawn in nests.
You won’t see them floating around the ground.
Instead, you need to search for nests.
Nests don’t always spawn feathers, however.
They can sometimes spawn eggs instead.
So, if you want eggs, then you’ll need to look for nests as well.
Where To Find Feathers in Return to Moria
Nest locations usually spawn in high areas on the map.

You can find them on top of cliff walls, tucked away inside of ravines, and even at the top of buildings.
They also spawn throughout the game.
You can find them at the starter area, the Elven Quarter, and far beyond that, too.
No matter where they are, they tend to be difficult to access.
You’ll need to have some wood scraps on you, so you can build a pathway up to the nest.
Once you’re at the nest, you should see a prompt to collect the feathers.
Typically, you can expect to find four feathers per nest.
Gather what you can and keep an eye out for more nests in the future.
