The mines of Moria are an intricate labyrinth that can be difficult to navigate.

With broken ladders, stairs, and cliff peaks, you need something that lets you travel easily between areas.

In this survival guide, we’ll show you how to make travel easier in Return to Moria.

To see the trick for yourself, be sure to watch the video below!

Traveling around in Return to Moria can be so much easier by using rope ladders.

How do you make a rope ladder?

You’re going to need natural fiber.

You’re able to harvest this resource by killing spiders and their nests.

Any time you kill a spider, there’s a good chance that it will drop natural fiber.

If you see spider eggs clumped up against a pillar, then be sure to destroy them, too.

They’ll also drop natural fiber.

Once you have natural fiber, you can craft the rope ladder.

It takes two natural fibers to make one rope ladder.

Now, you might be wondering what good the rope ladder does for navigation.

The rope ladder comes attached to a platform.

You can attach that platform to any wall in the mines.

The ladder than extends several feet, allowing you to climb up and down.

You can easily snap these to a large wall and slowly ascend or descend it.

It’s helpful for climbing up and down tall areas with ease.

Just make sure you have enough natural fiber to craft all the rope ladders you’ll need.
