The early days in Medieval Dynasty can be pretty tough.

Without a lot of coin, you’re unable to buy new schemes or resources to further develop your village.

In this survival guide, we’ll show you how to make money fast in Medieval Dynasty with the recent Oxbow patch.

While stone knives used to be the way to riches in 2023, things have changed.

With the Oxbow update, stone knives aren’t worth what they used to be.

So, if you want to make money fast in Medieval Dynasty, then you’re going to need to try a different strategy.

I discovered two main methods that are worth the time and effort.

Keep in mind this is to help you make a lot of money early in the game.

1. Simple Bags

With that said, the first method is to make simple bags.

Simple bags are an item that you start off knowing how to make.

They don’t cost you anything to unlock.

You also only need one leather to make one simple bag.

It’s an inexpensive item that sells for a decent amount of coin starting off.

The base value is 12 coins, but since you likely don’t have any skills in your bartering just yet, it’s really going to sell at 6 coins.

Even that amount is higher than what stone knives are going to fetch you.

Now, you might be wondering how you’re going to get the leather that you need.

On the Oxbow map, animals are a bit more aggressive than their Valley counterparts.

You can use that to your advantage.

Find an area with a Wisent herd, then build a stick fence in a circle or square.

Kite the Wisent to you by hitting them with an arrow or moving close enough to them for them to aggro on you.

Then run and jump into the stick fence enclosure and start shooting them with arrows.

You’ll be able to take down an entire herd without getting hurt.

Wisent also drop a ton of leather.

You’ll be able to make 360 coin from just two wisent.

Keep at it, and you’ll have tons of coin in no time.

2. Search Ruins

With the Oxbow update, there are also ruins scattered about the map.

Abandoned and destroyed villages are rife with items for you to claim as your own.

Some of these items also sell for a decent amount of coin, too.

Even better, you can find coin tucked away in barrels and underneath crates.

Ruins are worth exploring both for the loot you can sell and because you can find items that you can use.

They serve as a great way to give yourself a bit of a head-start in the game.

So, if you see a ruin around, be sure to stop by and see what it has in store for you.
