Sickness medicine is one of the first items you unlock when progressing through the game’s main quest.

You can craft it in a sunken hearth if any home.

To craft sickness medicine in Sengoku Dynasty, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 3 Flower (Any Type)
  • 1 Water
  • 4 Herbs (Any Type)

It doesn’t require a lot of advanced resources, so you can easily brew quite a few bottles of sickness medicine and make a good supply.

Flowers are easily spotted in the map with yellow petals.

They often grow in clumps, too, so you can get pick several flowers at one time.

Water you’re able to collect from a well inside your village.

Herbs come in many forms, but wasabi is one of the easiest to gather.

Wasabi grows throughout the map, but if you head toward the river cutting inland at the starter village, then you can find some herbs growing along its edge.

They’re identifiable by their large, green, leaves.

Like flowers, you don’t need any special tools to collect them.
