How Do You Unlock New Villages in Sengoku Dynasty

Making a new village takes some time in Sengoku Dynasty.

You have to satisfy certain requirements in order for the abbot to trust you enough with a new settlement.

The first time you can unlock a new village is by completing the following requirements:

• Complete the Open the Gates Quest
• Reach Dynasty Legend 7
• Visit the abbot

The Open the Gates quest is basically your tutorial on how to make new villages across the valley.

It has you meet different leaders in other villages.

They provide you with quests, too, but you don’t need to complete them to unlock new villages in Sengoku Dynasty.

You just need to go to the village and speak to the leader to satisfy the Open the Gates quest.

You also need to reach Dynasty Legend 7.

The quickest way to improve your legend is to help others out in the valley.

This is where completing the tasks that the village leaders gave you can help.

Once you have Dynasty Legend 7, you can head to the monastery.

You’ll need to speak to the abbot to convince him to let you start new villages.

He’ll give you a single bell, which you can use to create a bell tower in another location for your new village.

If you want to make more villages in the future, then you’ll need to continue to grow your Dynasty Legend and visit the abbot to report your progress.

What Does Speaking to the Abbot Unlock?

The first time you speak to the abbot and complete the Open the Gates quest, you receive a few recipes.

Those recipes include:

• Cooking Pot
• Begger Houses 1, 2, and 3
• Standard House

With these new recipes, you can start building better homes for yourself and your villagers.

The beggar houses are also helpful since they allow wandering NPCs to temporarily shelter there.

This gives you the opportunity to invite new villagers to your village.

Finally, the cooking pot unlocks new food recipes and other consumables that you can make.

You’ll have to keep grinding your Dynasty Legend to unlock the next bell, so keep helping others out there in the world.
