How To Unlock the Alarm Bell in Palworld

To make your Pals defend your base at the drop of a hat, you need the Alarm Bell.
The Alarm Bell is unlockable once you reach level four.
This means you don’t have to wait too long to have this powerful structure in your base.
It also only takes a handful of Technology Points, so while it may seem useless to unlock, it can make all the difference during a raid.
How To Build the Alarm Bell in Palworld

To build the alarm bell, you’ll need the following resources:
- 5 Paldium Fragments
- 20 Stone
This means the alarm bell is relatively cheap to make.
You can place it anywhere in your base, but I suggest putting it somewhere that’s easy to reach.
You only have a few seconds of warning before a raid occurs, so you need to be ready to get to the bell to relay your orders.
I put my alarm bell in an area that’s noticeable but also within easy reach from the hub of the base.
With the resources on hand, you can put the blueprint for the alarm bell down, and build it.
Why You Should Have an Alarm Bell in Palworld

So, you might be wondering why you need to bother with an alarm bell in Palworld.
It happens to be a great way to quickly relay orders to all your Pals stationed on your base.
If you have an impending raid coming, you can ring the bell to tell your Pals to primarily focus on attacking.
When the raiders appear, they’ll start to fight them immediately.
When the danger has passed, you can ring the bell again to have your Pals focus on working.
This ensures that your Pals are ready to go to war the moment and enemy gets too close.
I also find the alarm bell helpful for telling the Pals to ignore certain enemies that I want to weaken and capture.
Too often, when I start attacking a Pal, the others will jump in to defend me and end up killing the Pal I wanted to capture.
By telling them to focus on work, they’re less likely to involve themselves in the fight.
This then increases my chances of capturing my target Pal.
The alarm bell is a great way to tell your Pals when to fight and when to work all with a single click of a button.
