Where To Find the Multi-Trap Recipe in Sons of the Forest

You’ll have to brave the dangers of the Cultist Cave, or Cave D, if you want to find the recipe for the multi-trap.
The Cultist Cave has several entrances, but one of the best to use for the multi-trap recipe is the western-most entrance on the side of the mountain.
The recipe, itself, is in a blocked room just below the mysterious artifact.
You’ll find a boarded up room that you can destroy with an axe.
Inside, you’ll find a few hanging crosses along with the recipe on some stones against the far wall.
Grab it, and it will add itself to your note section in your building journal.

Why You Should Make the Multi-Trap in Sons of the Forest
The multi-trap is one of my favorite traps to use in my base because of how insane it is.
It can instantly kill most low-tier enemies.
They simply step on the pressure plate, get stunned into place, burnt up, and then the trap snaps on them, piercing them from all sides.
It’s violent, gory, and amazing.
In most cases, enemies will simply explode from the sheer damage they take.
Larger enemies may need to run through the trap a few times before dying.
As such, it’s not a bad idea to have a few of these laid out.
You can also build a kill box that ensures they run through a few of these traps before reaching you.
Or, you can use them with other traps, like the whirlwind trap, for massive destruction.
At the very least, the multi-trap’s stun feature allows you to poke your target with a few arrows or bullets to weaken them further.
Try your hand at the Cultist Cave to find the recipe and build one of your own.
You’re sure to enjoy the sheer violence it provides.
