Spheres are easily one of the most important items in Palworld.
You can’t catch anything without a trusty sphere, but that also means you tend to go through them quickly.
In this survival guide, we’ll show you a method you can use to farm spheres in Palworld.
The Quick Menu
Need spheres now? Follow this quick guide to start collecting spheres passively.
| Required Pal: | Vixy |
| Vixy Habitat: | South-Central Island |
| Best Sphere for Catching: | Basic |
| Required Station: | Ranch |
| Ranch Crafting Resources: | 50 Wood 20 Stone 30 Fiber |
1. Catch a Vixy

The best Pal that’s going to get you spheres passively in Vixy.
Now, remember, these are basic spheres that will allow you to catch low and low-mid tier Pals.
You may even be able to catch mid-tier Pals if you have high catching power.
To get your hands on a Vixy, you’ll need to explore the northeast section of the starting area.
That’s basically the south-central islands.
You can find Vixy in pairs or on their own.
They’re also relatively easy to take down.
You may need to go in with a basic bat to avoid killing them if your Pals are too strong.
Once you’ve caught a Vixy, it’s time to return to your base.
2. Build a Ranch

The ranch is a great production station because it allows you to assign several Pals to it.
Certain Pals will drop certain resources once assigned.
When you assign Vixy to the ranch, she’ll start digging up items.
That’s because her Partner Skill is Dig Here.
She passively digs up items like gold, ammo, and Spheres.
To build the ranch, you’ll need the following crafting resources:
- 50 Wood
- 20 Stone
- 30 Fiber
Assign Vixy to the ranch, and it’s time to do the easiest part–wait.
3. Wait and Profit

Go off and have some adventures.
By the time you get back, you’ll find that Vixy has been hard at work.
Give it enough time, and you’ll have dozens of Spheres ready to pick up.
At the time of writing, I had 89 Spheres that all came from Vixy assigned to the ranch.
I know when I visit it again, I’ll probably get over 100.
If you need basic Spheres, then assigning Vixy to the ranch can ensure you have a passive stream of Spheres coming in all the time.
