How To Craft Medicine in Palworld

There are two types of juice that you can use to make your Pals more productive at the expense of their sanity.
Let’s just focus on the medicine though.
The first type of medicine you can make is low-grade medical supplies.
It unlocks at level 12, and you need the following resources to make them:
- 5 Red Berries
- 2 Horns
It’s an inexpensive type of medical supply, which is ideal since it helps heal your Pal from some common problems.
For example, you can cure colds, sprains, and the overfull medical status with it.
The next type of medicine you can make is medical supplies.
It’s also unlocked at level 12, and it takes the following resources to make:
- 3 Ingots
- 3 Horns
- 1 Bone
Medical supplies cure problems like ulcers and fractures.
The final type of medicine you can make is high-grade medical supplies.
It takes the following resources to make them:
- 5 Ingots

- 2 Bones
This type of medicine cures problems like weakened and depressed.
As long as you feed one of these medicines to your Pal, depending on its medical condition, you should be able to heal it within seconds.
Top 3 Pals for Medical Production in Palworld

There are a number of different Pals that can make medicine through their medicine production skill.
However, there are some that are better than others.
One of the first Pals you should consider for medical production is the Lifmunk.
It’s a great starter pal because it’s so easy to catch.
It also spawns in some easy starter areas, so getting your hands on it won’t be too hard.
The Lifmunk has Level 1 medicine production, so it won’t craft too quickly, but since it’s such an easy Pal to catch at the beginning of the game, it’s worth having for beginners.
As you become more advanced in the game, you should keep your eye out for a Lovander.
As uncomfortable as they might be, they have a Level 2 in Medical Production.
They’ll be able to craft better medicine and at a faster rate.
The final Pal to consider for crafting medicine is Vielet.
It has a Level 3 in Medical Production, so it can handle all your medicine needs.
It’s also a decent planter and gatherer.
Once you work your way up to Vielet, your medicine problems will be a thing of a past.
