After advancing to Dynasty Level 7, you’ll need to visit the abbot at the monastery.

Speak with him, and he’ll give you the ability to make a second village.

He also unlocks a number of blueprints, one of them being the cooking pot recipe.

With your recipe unlocked, you can now make them in the blacksmith.

To craft the cooking pot in Sengoku Dynasty, you need the blacksmith.

You’ll find it listed as one of the items you can make.

The great news is that it only takes six iron ore to make it.

If you have a lot of ore on hand, then making a cooking pot is easy.

If you don’t have iron ore, then make a pickaxe and head to the nearest mine to acquire some.

Once you have all you need, return to the blacksmith and craft the cooking pot.

Now, when it comes to installing a cooking pot in a home, you have two options.

You can build a new home, and then build the hearth with a cooking pot when it comes to building the hearth furniture part.

Or you can change an existing house’s hearth to the hearth with the cooking pot.

If you already have a house built and want to install the cooking pot, then this is the process you need to follow.

First, equip a construction hammer and look at the hearth.

You should see an option pop up that says you can change the hearth by pressing the “F” key.

Press the “F” key, and you’ll see you can make the version of the hearth with the cooking pot.

You’ll need a few items besides the pot, however.

To make a hearth with a cooking pot in Sengoku Dynasty, you’ll need the following items in your inventory:

  • 10 Stone
  • 2 Planks (Any Type)
  • 4 Firewood
  • 1 Cooking Pot

If you have all those items, you can select the hearth option, and it will change over to the version with the cooking pot.

That allows you to put a cooking pot in a home even if you already built a basic hearth before.

After you built your cooking pot, you have access to all the recipes inside it.

There’s quite a few, too, so if you enjoy farming and cooking in video games, you’ll have some fun here.

The cooking pot allows you to make a number of things like:

  • Meat Meals
  • Vegetable Meals
  • Fish Meals
  • Medicine
  • Oil
  • Tea

You also have all the basic food recipes you were able to make with the basic sunken hearth.

You’ll likely need to start making more advanced meals once your village grows.

Some village leaders will also have quests for you that require you to make certain items like medicine.

Having a cooking pot can make managing your village and completing quests that much easier.
