How To Repair the Eastern Stairs in Return to Moria

The Eastern Stairs is an expensive repair.
It requires the following resources:
- 100 Ihraz Granite
- 20 Black Diamonds
If you’ve been doing a lot of mining in the Lower Deeps, you likely have tons of Ihraz Granite.
If not, simply mine some ore in the Lower Deeps, and you’ll get tons of Granite as a by-product.
The real expensive resource here is black diamonds.
The stairs requires 20 of them, so you’ll need to defeat some bosses and fend off some sieges to earn them.
You can also find black diamonds in chests at orc outposts, so make sure you unlock them as you explore.
After you have all the resources you need, repair the stairs with your Shanor Hammer.
You’ll be able to ascend the stairs into the new area.
