Building can take a lot of time in Medieval Dynasty.

Between bringing resources, clearing out areas, and hammering in each item, you could spend a day doing nothing but building.

In this survival guide, we’ll show you four tips to make building easier in Medieval Dynasty.

1. Increase Weight to Carry More at One Time

Carrying heavy items is going to be one of the aspects that slows you down the most when building in Medieval Dynasty.

Without cheats, you typically can’t carry everything you need with you to a building site.

Luckily, there are a few methods you can use to increase your carry capacity.

The first is by making or buying Potions of Weight.

A Potion of Weight increases the amount you can carry for a limited time.

You can chug some down, load yourself up with the resources you need, then bring it all to your building site in one trip.

No more will you have to run back and forth and wasting your time.

Another method you can use is to buy a horse or donkey.

Load up the horse and donkey with what you need, then ride them over to the building site.

They can be your mobile resource storage, so you don’t need to waste time getting resources from your actual storage.

I recommend the donkey, myself, since it can carry a bit more than the horse.

2. Make Better Tools

Your tools also matter.

A wooden hammer isn’t going to last very long, so you’ll find yourself spending more time making more tools often.

That’s just long.

To make building easier, it’s worth investing in a good hammer from the start.

Save up some money and buy at least a bronze hammer if not an iron one.

It will last through several builds, so you don’t have to worry about stopping your building to make a new hammer.

If you have the smithy and schemas unlocked, then it’s worth making a good hammer before beginning your building projects.

A decent hammer in Medieval Dynasty will make building just that much more efficient.

3. Level Up Building Skills

There are two major building skills that you should consider unlocking to make building easier in Medieval Dynasty.

The first is Builder’s Trance.

It increases how fast you can swing the hammer.

It stacks up to three, so you can make build pretty quickly.

The skill saves a lot of time and just makes the process easier.

The other skill to unlock is Building Master.

This skill reduces stamina consumption when you use a hammer.

Why is that important?

It means you have to take fewer breaks while building.

Between the two skills, you may be able to finish off a building without taking a break at all to recover your stamina.

You’ll finish the build faster and be able to move onto your next task.

4. Clear Areas Fast

A problem you sometimes encounter when building in Medieval Dynasty is clearing an area.

Whether it’s sticks, rocks, or bushes, there’s always something preventing a building from going down.

You can quickly clear an area by building roads.

A road deletes all foliage in the area and makes it a lot easier to see sticks and stones that may be preventing the blueprint of the house from going down.

After you put down a road, just destroy it with a hammer, and you have a cleared area for building.

You can quickly clear areas with this method.

That just saves time and lets you start building.
