What Are Outposts

Outposts are enemy camps surrounded by thugs or other NPC enemies.

They have a captured Pal in a cage that players can release.

The goal of an outpost is to defeat the surrounding enemies, then release the Pal.

That said, if a player has enough health, they can also quick run to the cage, release the Pal, and then make it back out.

Once the Pal is released, it becomes added to the player’s collection.

This is a great way to get some pretty decent Pals without having to defeat them in battle.

How To Find Outposts in Palworld

Outposts are easily spotted by the columns of smoke that they release.

You can see them relatively far off.

Follow the smoke to an encampment, and then get ready for a fight.

If you need some advanced Pals, then try hitting up a local outpost.

You might just get lucky.
