If you wish to proceed on your journey to the city of Nightingale, you’ll first need to get an Antiquarian Card.

But getting your hands on your first major card won’t be that easy.

In this survival guide, we’ll show you how to unlock the Antiquarian Card in Nightingale.

Antiquarian Site of Power Requirements

Before you just try to get your hands on the card, you’ll need to satisfy a few requirements.

Otherwise, you won’t be able to enter the Site of Power.

First, you’ll need a Gear Score of 20.

If you don’t have that yet, we have a helpful guide here on how to get to Gear Score 20.

Next, you need to make sure that you have enough Hope to enter the Site of Power.

Getting to Gear Score 20 should have you get there, but if your hope is still low, then you may want to go around completing challenges and quests in your Realm.

Otherwise, make sure you have a few crafting stations built in your base as that can increase your Hope, too.

Once you’ve reached the requirements, it’s time to get ready for the Site of Power.

You’ll need a weapon that you prefer to use.

If you’re a Slingbow fan like me, make a lot of rock marbles–100, at least.

Have some food on you as well as some healing potions.

Properly equipped, you’re ready to go.

Head to the Antiquarian Site of Power on your map.

It will likely be where the Essence Trader is.

Proceed Through the Antiquarian Site of Power

The Antiquarian Site of Power has a number of Bound enemies that you’ll need to defeat.

Head down the winding stairs and defeat your enemies as you go.

In some places, if you have a slingbow, you can shoot them from afar to get them before they can get you.

Otherwise, switch between ranged and melee weapons as needed to dispatch your foes.

There are a number of chests and Hope Echoes scattered about the tower, too, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled.

Defeat the Boss in the Antiquarian Site of Power

When you reach the very bottom of the Site of Power, you’ll have a boss battle ahead of you.

Make sure you’re fed and your items are repaired, then interact with the glowing blue diamond.

A robot will appear with a devastating attack that doesn’t take too long to kill you.

The good news is that there are handy pillars around that make this fight easy.

Ranged is the ideal weapon here.

Use your slingbow to fire at the boss, then duck away behind the pillar before it can hit you.

If you have a companion, they’ll likely aggro the boss, allowing you to shoot at it without it focusing on you.

If your companion falls, revive them so they can keep distracting the boss.

Once you finally defeat it, you’ll be able to release the Hope Echo and receive the Antiquarian card.

Speak with Puck, who will appear, and then go back home for a new adventure.
