Where To Get the Powered Cross Blueprint in Sons of the Forest

If you want to get your hands on the powered cross blueprint, you’re going to need to head to the Rebreather Cave.

We have a helpful Rebreather Cave Guide right here so you don’t miss anything while exploring the cave.

The highlights here is that when you come to the big crossroads, make sure you take the right path.

It will lead to a dead end, but along the way, you’ll find the blueprint for the powered cross by some skeletons.

The powered cross doesn’t require a lot of resources.

You’ll need the following:

  • 1 Plank
  • 1 Half-Plank
  • 2 Wires
  • 9 Lightbulbs

What the note doesn’t tell you is that you’re also going to need a solar panel, golf cart battery, and one more wire to keep it lit during the night.

Otherwise, your cross will lose its power before the night is even over.

Place a solar panel nearby, attach a golf cart battery to it, and then use a wire to connect the battery to the powered cross.

Now, you can power up your cross all the time.

The powered cross is basically a decorative item.

It lights up the nearby area, but don’t expect it to be a shining beacon.

It doesn’t have a lot of distance in terms of how far its light extends.

I’m hopeful the devs might change the light distance because it’s rather useless outside otherwise.

If used inside a base, however, you might find that it provides suitable light.

Either way, you can start your own cult with your powered cross.

Now, you just need to find some cultists.
