With a recent update, players can now tell their Pals what to work on and what not to work on.
It can make your Pals more efficient in doing the tasks that you actually want them to do.
In this survival guide, we’ll go over how to prioritize work in Palworld.
How To Prioritize Work in Palworld

To start prioritizing work orders for your Pal, you’re going to need the Monitoring Stand.
You can check out our Monitoring Stand guide here if you don’t have it unlocked or built yet.
Before the update, the Monitoring Stand was just for making your Pals work harder.
After the update, you’re now able to prioritize their work skills.
This means that you can turn on and off certain work skills.
It’s helpful because a Pal with a lot of work skills can become overwhelmed with all the tasks available.
They end up not doing anything because they’re running from one thing to the next.
With the Monitoring Stand, you can now turn off certain skills that you don’t want them doing.
For example, if you have a Pal with Gathering and Kindling, and they keep running off to the fields to gather the new harvest instead of cooking food, you can use the stand.
You’d just turn off their Gathering skill, so all they do is Kindling.
They’ll ignore the Gathering tasks and just focus on the Kindling ones instead.
By controlling just what Pals do what, you can make them more efficient at certain tasks.
