However, you need to find and repair it first.

Where Is The Great Forge of Nogrod in Return to Moria

To find the Great Forge of Nogrod, you’ll need to do some digging in the tunnels of the Desolation.

Depending on how lucky you are, you might come across the forge early.

On the other hand, it may take several tunnels before you find the forge.

In my experience, I had both.

One of my save files had my dwarf finding the forge early in the tunnels.

The other had to keep digging deeper and deeper until he found the forge.

So, you may need to keep searching before you find it.

It should spawn somewhere within the Desolation tunnels.

How To Repair the Great Forge of Nogrod

Much like the other Great Forges, you’ll need to replace missing parts to repair the Great Forge of Nogrod.

All the parts are within the room, too, so you don’t need to use resources to make any.

That said, since both stairs are out for certain parts of the forge, you’ll need to throw the parts to get them to their respective areas.

Press the “R” key to throw and don’t be afraid to make some temporary floors if they keep bouncing away from where you need them.

It may take a bit of time before you throw the part exactly the right way.

Once all the parts are replaced, the forge will activate.

What Does The Great Forge of Nogrod Unlock in Return to Moria

After repairing the Great Forge of Nogrod, you’ll have three recipes unlocked.

They include:

• Nogrod Steel Ingot
• Red Axe of Nogrod
• Red Sword of Nogrod

You’ll need to make them in the Great Forge of Nogrod.

Now you have some new items to play with.
