The best place to build your first village for beginners in Sengoku Dynasty is at the burned down village you reach early in the game.

From the start, the game will guide you to a village that no longer exists.

All that remains is burnt down homes.

There are a few reasons why this location is ideal for a beginner village.

First, those burnt down buildings are harvestable.

You can break them down and get a large number of sticks, planks, and charcoal without doing anything.

You don’t need to start chopping trees anytime soon.

Secondly, the area is large, close to resources, and flat.

You have stones and a large forest nearby for basic resources.

There are also a few clay deposits that aren’t too far from the area either.

Third, there are a lot of quests in the are to get the game started.

It saves time from having to run back and forth to complete these initial, important, quests.

Finally, it’s also a relatively safe area.

While there are a few boar in the area, there aren’t many aggressive bandits lurking around.

This spot provides you with everything you need to get your first village up and off the ground.

Planting your first bell tower at the ruined village is a great way to start off on the right foot in the game.
