How To Get Inside Maintenance Bunker A in Sons of the Forest

You won’t be able to find or access maintenance bunker A without a few tools and GPS coordinates.

To do both, you’re going to need to head to the Shovel Cave.

When traveling through the Shovel Cave, you’re going to want to look for a red laptop in the middle of one of the caverns.

It has the GPS coordinates you’ll need to find Maintenance Bunker A.

It’s next to the flashlight attachment, so if you spot that, then you’re close to it.

At the end of the Shovel Cave, you’ll also find the shovel.

You’ll need this to unbury the hatch, so you can access the bunker.

Once you have your coordinates and shovel, you’re ready to head to its location.

How To Dig Up Maintenance Bunker A in Sons of the Forest

After traveling to the coordinates on your map, you’ll find a dirt mound next to a broken down golf cart.

Check out these pictures to ensure you’re in the right area.

You’ll need to grab the shovel and start digging.

I recommend waiting until a non-winter season to dig up the hatch.

The snow can make it very difficult to dig up the dirt and see any areas you’ve missing.

Digging up hatches can be pretty finicky, too.

You have to keep digging around the area and near the handle of the bunker to make the icon to enter the bunker appear.

Keep digging until the icon appears, then you can enter.

What’s Inside Maintenance Bunker A?

You won’t need to prepare too much for anything lurking inside this particular bunker.

At the back of the bunker are a few babies, but that’s the only enemy you’ll encounter here.

That said, there are a few items worth picking up.

Inside this bunker, you’ll find the following lore items:

• Bad Pivot Record
• Email about missing painting
• Pennant Line book

The utility items you can find here include:

• Tuxedo Suit
• Fireman’s Axe
• Laser attachment
• 3D printer
