Where To Find Resin in Return to Moria

Harvesting resin isn’t easy in Return to Moria.
While the resin, itself, is harmless, it exists in an area filled with dangers.
Orcs with poisonous arrows and armor, poison mushrooms, and cave trolls regularly fill the twisting caverns.
You’ll need to be ready for a fight to go searching for resin.
Because each section of the mine is also randomly generated, you never quite know when you’ll run into danger or a resin vein.
To find resin, you’ll need to need to make it the Lower Deeps.
You’ll have to fix the mine hoist and travel through the Crystal Descent to reach the area.
Once you hit its bottom, keep an eye out for the bright-orange appearance of resin.
It looks similar to coal or iron ore, but it’s a bright orange.
You’ll need a Tier III pickaxe to harvest it, too, so crafting something like the First Age Pickaxe will take care of the job.
Why Should You Harvest Resin in Return to Moria

Resin only unlocks a single recipe, its own storage pallet.
So, you might wonder why you should bother to harvest resin when you eventually find it.
Resin is a vital resource for making certain items.
For example, you can use it in the loom with hide scraps to make hide.
It’s also a resource to make certain crafting stations like the alchemical still.
You may even need it to make certain types of food.
So, having plenty of resin on hand can ensure you always have what you need when it’s time to craft more things.
