Here’s a look at the 11 medical conditions your Pal may suffer from and how to cure them.

1. Cold

If your Pal is suffering from a cold, then it may be because they’ve been without a bed or hot springs for too long.

Both beds and hot springs can keep your Pals in good shape.

Build both to ensure they don’t suffer from colds.

If they do catch a cold, however, then you just need to craft them Low-Grade Medical Supplies.

2. Sprains

When you have your Pals work too hard, there’s a chance they might develop a sprain.

This typically happens when you have your Pals working harder than their normal capacity.

Work-place injuries increase when your Pals become exhausted.

The good news is that it’s an easy fix.

Just craft some low-grade medical supplies and give them to the Pal.

3. Ulcers

Ulcers are an uncommon medical condition, but they can happen.

This usually occurs when your Pals are stressed from working.

If you have a Pal that’s a Glutton, then they might also develop ulcers by eating too much.

Keeping your Pals stress levels low can help reduce ulcers.

If a Pal does end up with the medical condition, then craft them Medical Supplies at the medicine workbench.

4. Fractures

Fractures are a common medical condition that can occur during a fight.

While some overworked Pals might also develop fractures, most often, it’s due to a raid or fight gone wrong.

You can help your Pal by reducing their work load and crafting medical supplies.

5. Weakened

One of the rarer types of medical conditions is weakened.

It typically associates with Depressed, so if your Pal is depressed, watch out for this medical condition, too.

It can also happen during a raid if they’re hit with a particular attack.

Cure them up with some high-grade medical supplies to remove the condition.

6. Depressed

Another common medical condition is depressed.

Some Pals might suffer from this medical condition more than others, depending on their passive skills.

It typically occurs when a Pal has low sanity or hunger.

Make sure your Pals are eating and can access a hot springs to keep their sanity up.

You can give them a quick cure by giving them high-grade medical supplies.

7. Overfull

One of the most common medical conditions I experienced was overfull.

This happens when a Pal is stressed and overeating because of its stress.

For me, it occurred with my Lifmunk before I was able to get beds for everyone.

Thankfully, fixing the problem is cheap and easy.

You just need to make some low-grade medical supplies for the Pal.

8. Starving

If you notice your Pal is starving, there’s a very good chance that it’s stuck somewhere.

Since AI pathing isn’t incredible in the game just yet, it’s common for Pals to get stuck.

When they’re stuck, they can’t make it to the Pal Feedbox.

As a result, they get hungrier and hungrier until they start starving.

If you see this medical condition, then you need to help your Pal as soon as possible.

The solution is to feed them.

Head to your Palbox and put them away, then pull them back out to get them unstuck.

They should head right to the feedbox and start eating.

Double-check the feedbox, too, to make sure it still has plenty of food in it.

9. Incapacitated

There’s a very good chance that, at some point, you’re going to have an incapacitated Pal.

This happens when the Pal’s health drops to zero.

It occurs most often during a battle or raid.

However, it can happen if a Pal starves to death, too.

There are two ways you can handle an incapacitated Pal.

The first is to put them in the Palbox.

Whether it’s a working Pal or one in your party, you can store it in the Palbox and have it recover there.

It will take around 10 minutes, but by the end, it will be back at full health.

You can also throw your Pal onto a bed and have them recover there.

Sometimes, your other Pals will even carry an incapacitated Pal to a bed for you.

Just wait and your Pal will be ready to go again in no time.

10. Minor Injury

Fights and raids tend to make minor injuries occur.

This is a very easy medical condition to fix in Palworld.

You just need to let them rest.

That can either be at a Pal bed or in the Palbox.

If you want them to rest on a bed, then you may need to physically carry them there and throw them onto a bed.

It will only take a minute or two for the medical condition to heal.

11. Major Injury

Even though it sounds like this type of injury should take longer to heal than a minor injury, they’re roughly the same.

It occurs during a fight or raid, too.

You just put them in a Palbox or a bed, and the Pal will heal over time.

Before you know it, the Pal will be ready to get back to work or in your party.
