Where To Find Oin’s Chest in Return to Moria

To find Oin’s chest, you’ll need to make it past the Eastern Stairs.

Head up to the top and you’ll end up in a small chamber with a drake.

Kill the drake and you’ll find a small outpost for Balin’s company.

A chest is against the wall which belongs to Oin.

Interact with it to get the recipe for Oin’s key.

How To Open Oin’s Chest in Return to Moria

To unlock Oin’s chest, you need to make his key.

Head to a forge and make sure you have two shanor ingots on you.

That’s all it takes to craft the key.

Head back to the chest with the key in your possession.

There’s also a forge and furnace right there in the camp, so you can use those stations for a quick craft.

What’s Inside Oin’s Chest in Return to Moria

Opening up Oin’s chest will immediately give you a quest to find Durin’s Third Axe Fragment.
