To start off your search for Durin’s fifth axe fragment, you’ll need to first enter the Chamber of Mazabur.

There will be a book you need to read within the room that will give you a clue on where to find the axe fragment.

Then head to the Desolation section of Dwarrowdelf.

You’ll need to find the Gundabad Warchief’s arena and defeat him in order to search the area.

The good news is that the Gundabad Warchief is relatively easy to defeat.

Once the enemies flee, head within the arena’s circle, and you’ll find the axe fragment behind the reward chests.

Pick it up, and you should have all five pieces of Durin’s axe.

Now, it’s time to reforge it.
