Following the 1.0 update, the location for the multi-trap has changed.

As one of my favorite traps in Sons of the Forest, I would be remiss not to update everyone on its new location.

In this survival guide, we’ll show you where to find the multi-trap blueprint in Sons of the Forest.

Where To Find the Multi-Trap Blueprint in Sons of the Forest

The Multi-Trap blueprint is on the southwest side of the island.

You’ll know you’re there when you reach a clearing with a ramp that goes deep into the ground.

Make sure you have a light ready before you enter because there’s a hole inside that you can easily fall through.

Use your light to find the rope and interact with it to climb down into the hole.

You’ll arrive in a partially flooded cave.

The Multi-Trap blueprint is in a side-room.

You can find it sitting on a wooden table next to some cloth.

There’s also some Solafite in the area if you have the pickaxe.

Otherwise, climb back out with your new prize.

How To Make the Multi-Trap in Sons of the Forest

The Multi-Trap combines a bunch of different traps into one, so its resources are rather heavy.

You’ll need the following resources to make the Multi-Trap:

  • 2 Skulls
  • 15 Bones
  • 2 Ropes
  • 2 Vodka Bottles
  • 4 Wires
  • 1 Golf Cart Battery
  • 14 Sticks
  • 6 Rocks
  • 3 Leaves

Add each item to the blueprint to craft it.

What Does the Multi-Trap Do in Sons of the Forest

The multi-trap is a remarkable trap because it uses a bunch of different traps in one.

When an enemy steps on the pressure plate, they’ll be electrocuted in place before some jaws will snap on them and they’ll be lit on fire.

It’s a bunch of different types of damage basically happening all at once.

This trap can take care of a lot of enemies with one hit.

It’s powerful, causes a lot of damage, and is just a lot of fun to use.
